- Any spouse, child, or unmarried son or daughter of one of the above individuals who has been granted suspension of deportation or special rule cancellation of removal
- An alien who has been battered or who is the victim of extreme cruelty by one of the above-mentioned individuals while they were the spouse or child of that individual
