As a Legal Assistant and Client Services team member at N400 Harbor Immigration Law, Erika Melchor is passionate about helping individuals and families navigate the immigration process with confidence. As the daughter of immigrants, she understands the opportunities that immigration can offer and feels a strong personal connection to the work she does every day.
Erika brings experience in customer service, interpretation services, and administrative support. Throughout her career, she has worked closely with people from diverse cultural backgrounds, helping them communicate effectively, access important services, and feel supported during significant life events. Her ability to connect with clients and provide compassionate assistance helps create a positive experience throughout the immigration journey.
In her role at N400 Harbor Immigration Law, Erika assists with client onboarding, document collection and review, interpreter coordination, and ongoing client communication. She is known for her attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and commitment to ensuring clients feel informed and supported every step of the way.
Fluent in both English and Spanish, Erika enjoys building meaningful relationships with clients and helping them feel comfortable throughout the legal process. She takes pride in being part of a team dedicated to serving immigrant communities and helping clients pursue their goals in the United States.
