With a degree in Chemical Engineering and a multidisciplinary background spanning engineering, customer support, operations, and legal services, Office Manager Laura Orozco plays a key role in ensuring that N400 Harbor Immigration Law delivers an exceptional experience to every client. Laura oversees internal operations, team coordination, process improvement initiatives, and administrative strategy to help the firm operate efficiently while maintaining a high standard of care.
Laura began her journey with the firm in a client-facing legal support role, where she developed a deep understanding of immigration case workflows and the importance of balancing attention to detail with empathy and clear communication. Today, she brings that experience into a broader leadership position focused on supporting both clients and the team behind every case.
Originally from Colombia, Laura understands firsthand the aspirations, uncertainty, and resilience that often shape the immigrant experience. Her personal perspective strengthens her commitment to creating meaningful systems, improving communication, and helping ensure that every client feels heard and supported throughout their legal journey.
